I had biked all summer with my bike not knowing it was as damaged as it was. I even got work done on it and it helped, but not nearly as much and what Mark had done for my bike. As soon as I tried it, it felt like I was riding a different bike. The bike that I gave him and the bike that he returned with were 2 different bikes in the best possible way. Thank you so much Mark!!!

Got run into a curb today avoiding a tight passing car, hit it hard enough with the front tire that the valve cap exploded - inner tube totalled, seemed hopelessly far away from any help, but found Mark's shop was < 2 miles away and hoofed it there- it was after hours but he assured me he could help me out and was ready when I arrive, had the tire replaced perfectly in under 10 minutes and super reasonable cost. People are always on the lookout for hidden gems in this city- Cheels Wheels is one of them! Strongly recommend- spread the word!

Direct, informative, and efficient. This shop is as good as it gets, all while being local. Mark is highly knowledgable about bicycles from beginner to expert level, so you’ll be covered. Admirable customer service and communication, and highly accommodating. Will come again!

Very nice guy, over the phone he spook in a co-operative, kind, mannered, and understanding way, showing his proffe. I told him my situation, he understood and offered me an appointment. He offered me a time after 3PM since I had summer school, which no one these days does for you! Definitely would recommend to anyone, friends, and you reading this.

Mark is AMAZING! He was really reliable and quick, despite being in his busy season! The turn around was so fast, and my bike runs so much smoother than when I got it! He aligned my front wheel, replaced my gear cables, and helped fix my brake! And he was very affordable!! Would recommend Mark to anyone who needs their bike repaired and tuned!
